The required shoulders and caps are preliminary moulded of appropriate material. The film web to be used may be printed first or not.
The control of the KOMBIS TMS0100 is based on IPC, working under WINDOWS CE. All movements are controlled, which ensures high reliability and safety. The machine can be connected to a local computer network and to Internet for remote monitoring and control.
The welds of the tube body and the shoulder to it are performed by high-frequency transistor generators, which guarantee excellent quality of the welding with high reliability and lack of maintenance. The welding times are set by the operator.
