KOMBIS FCM0100:
Now we can offer more automation, better technical solutions at lower prices. Keeping up with the market changes in the different regions of the world, we directed our efforts to invent entirely automated Tubes Production, Filling and Cartooning Lines. We’ve already had a flexible Tube Production Line, automatic transfer to a Tube-filling automatic line with Cartooning.
KOMBIS TAM0100:
We offer to the tube manufacturers an opportunity for automatic packaging of the ready output. The tube-arranging automatic machine is integrated with the Laminated Tube Production Line and now this combination enables to complete the technological process. The modular construction of the packaging device allows different levels of automation as the customer is able to select it, depending on the labor-market in the different regions of the world. Now we can present you an exceptionally simple and reliable system, reducing the manual operations and disengaging labor force for servicing of 3 Lines.
KOMBIS FFS3301:
We have developed KOMBIS FFS3301 in order to combine two technological processes in one – tube making and filling. Actuating elements of leading firms in the world, such as FESTO and OMRON are included in KOMBIS FFS3301.
KOMBIS 1500:
High-efficiency production line for laminated tubes. It is designed for the purposes of the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and other industries. The line produces tubes with a wide range of diameters and lengths. It implements preliminarily prepared shoulders and caps and operates with ABL (Aluminum Barrier Layer) foil.
KOMBIS TMS0100:
Laminated Tube Production machine type KOMBIS TMS0100 is intended for tubes production mainly for the pharmaceutical industry. The standard machine handles ABL (Aluminum Barrier Laminate) with aluminum layer of thickness from 12 to 20 µm. The film web thickness must be from 175 to 275 µm. It has to be wound around a reel with core diameter 150 mm.
