Keeping up with the market changes in the different regions of the world, we directed our efforts to invent entirely automated Tubes Production, Filling and Cartooning Lines. We’ve already had a flexible Tube Production Line, automatic transfer to a Tube-filling automatic line with Cartooning.
The advantageous of this idea are:

And in order to complete the entire process, we’ve developed the packaging of the already filled tubes in small cardboard boxes.
The Line that we have developed finds application with firms that have an average level of output; it gives opportunity to produce all under one roof without relying on many sub-suppliers; the warehouse reserves can be reduced to the most primary and essential materials – caps, shoulders, film web, cardboard packaging.
The tube-filling automatic line is designed for synchronous work with the Laminated Tube Production Line. The connection between the two lines is performed by means of a chain conveyor, controlled in step mode by the tube-making line. The dosing is carried out by servo-motors, which facilitates the adjustment of the fixed volume and increases the dosing precision reducing the error up to 1, 8 %. Very important advantage is the possibility for operation with oval tubes. The Laminated Tube Production Line KOMBIS TMM5550 has an option for producing of oval tubes. Therefore it has been very important for us to develop a technology for an automatic transfer and feeding the tube-filling automatic lines with oval tubes. All existing cheap options for supplying oval tubes cause troubles and produce comparatively great quantity of wastage. We have eliminated this problem by the following decision: there is not an accumulator with tubes to cause this problem. After the tubes are being produced they are immediately fed to the conveyor and transferred to the filling line.
The welding of the filled tubes is performed by high frequency. Compared to the thermal welding, the high frequency welding ensures profitableness and quality.
In order to solve 100% the problems of the new tube manufacture organization, we add for the first time in the world a cartooning device to the tube-filling automatic line. In this way we drastically decrease the area for operation of one completed process (tube making, tube filling and cartooning), and reduce the equipment cost price combining the control of two separate lines.
And to bring to an end the whole process, we implement in this new line Leaflets supplying module, as well as an original aspiration outfit for scrap collection.
The line is not known by high speed, but it can be switched for synchronous work with Laminated Tube Production Line. The standard speed is 60 tubes per minute, but when it operates with KOMBIS TMM5550, the speed is 56 tubes per minute.
