Basing on the experience we've acquired in the production of machines for laminated tubes and our clients' requests we have developed and now we can offer a new model of line for production of laminated tubes - KOMBIS TMM5550. Therein we have implemented the best solutions we are capable of.
The line is already adapted for production of tubes with diameters up to 50 mm. It is provided with two computers, which makes the operation and the adjustment of the modes even more convenient and easier. The design has been modified in such a manner that now al modules are incorporated in the sizes of the main plate. The line is equipped with new protective doors and covers, which do not hinder its servicing and adjustment. The method to take away the ready tubes has been modified too. Now they go away without losing their orientation as in the older models. This facilitates to a great extent the addition of packing automated and devices, as well as the direct transfer of the ready tubes to the tube-filling automates.
